Computers & Printing

The Watertown Public Library has 7 PCs in the second floor Technology Center that can be used for general Internet use, Microsoft Office programs, printing and more. The computers in the Technology Center shut down 15 minutes before closing each day.

We are only able to accept cash for printing. The cost is:

• Black & White: $0.20/page
• Color: $0.50/page

Printing from your personal laptops or other devices is available through our Mobile Printing system.

The library also has laptops and iPads available to check out for in-library use available on a first-come, first-served basis to library patrons aged 18 or over. Staff Assistance is not guaranteed.

There is an open WiFi network that patrons can connect to via their personal devices. WiFi is available around the clock.

The TalkReadPlay Center has two filtered internet PCs for children ages 11 and under. Children must have their own library card in order to use these computers. There are also two AWE computers preloaded with age-appropriate, educational games.

Scanning to a flash drive is available. If you do not have a flash drive, the library can loan you one (to be used in the library only). Scanning is free.

Copying costs the same as printing: $0.20/page for black & white; $0.50/page for color. We typically only copy onto 8.5”x11” white paper.
