A $100 refundable room deposit is required at the time of reservation for ALL individuals and organizations, including non-profits. If your deposit is not received within 5 business days after requesting the reservation, your reservation will be forfeited. The deposit is returned after your event if the room is cleaned and left as you found it.  A separate $40 per hour rental fee is due no later than two business days before your event.

The $40/hour rental fee is waived for non-profit, City of Watertown, library-related and government organizations. Proof of non-profit status may be required.

Equipment

 Amenities include tables and chairs for self-set up, warming kitchen and audiovisual system. WiFi.
