Computer and Internet

The Watertown Public Library has 15 PCs in the second floor Technology Center that can be used for general Internet use, Microsoft Office programs, printing and more. Printing costs $0.20/page for black & white and $0.50/page for color. A daily limit of 2 hours applies to computers in the Technology Center. The computers in the Technology Center shut down 15 minutes before closing each day.

The library also has laptops and iPads available to check out for in-library use available on a first-come, first-served basis to library patrons aged 18 or over. Staff Assistance is not guaranteed.

The TalkReadPlay Center has two Internet PCs for children ages 11 and under. Children must have their own library card in order to use these computers. There are also two AWE computers preloaded with age-appropriate, educational games.

There is an open WiFi network that patrons can connect to via their personal devices. WiFi is available around the clock.
