DESCRIPTION:February is Library Lovers Month! We are holding an all ages b
 ookmark design contest. Come pick up a blank template starting on February
  1 and design a bookmark that represents your love of the library. Return 
 the bookmark by February 14. A panel of judges will choose one winner for 
 each of the following categories:Most creativeMost "bookish"Best
  black & whiteMost intricateMost colorfulThe library will make copies 
 of the winning designs and hand them out for free (while supplies last) st
 arting on February 24.
