DESCRIPTION:Starting February 1, pick up a bowl (while supplies last) to d
 ecorate any way you want. Each bowl will come with a soup recipe, which we
  highly encourage you to make and taste test. Return a review of the recip
 e along with your decorated bowl by February 26. Bowls and recipe reviews 
 will be displayed at the library through the month of March. Each person w
 ho participates will be able to keep their bowl after the display is over.
