January 1 - February 28
Start off 2021 with the right mindset and sign up for the Mindfulness Challenge! Six libraries in Jefferson County will offer the Mindfulness Challenge from January 1st through February 28th, including Watertown. The online challenge is open to all ages — from kids to adults — and you don’t need a library card to participate.
The Mindfulness Challenge takes place through Beanstack, and it consists of easy breathing exercises and meditation activities, as well as book lists, online articles, and recommendations for apps and podcasts, among other things. You can participate at your own pace throughout January and February. There’s no deadline to sign up! As you learn about mindfulness and try different practices, you’ll earn digital badges. If you complete six badges or more, you will be entered in the grand prize drawing for a curated basket of goods that will help support your continued inner peace and personal development!
To sign up for the Mindfulness Challenge at Watertown Public Library, visit http://watertownpubliclibrary.beanstack.org/ on or after January 1st!
(The Mindfulness Challenge was created in collaboration with folks from Fort HealthCare. We also appreciate the support of Fort Healthy and the Healthy Community Coalition).
