Motivated by their personal experiences with loss, two long-time friends – one a hospice worker and the other a former State Teacher of the Year – have produced a powerful and inspiring documentary film that sheds light on the American struggle with communication and preparation at the end-of-life. 18 months in the making and entirely funded by donations, Consider the Conversation explores various end-of-life issues as seen through the eyes of patients, family members, doctors, nurses, social workers, clergy, and national experts from around the country.

Co-Producer Mike Bernhagen of Rainbow Hospice Care will introduce the film and lead a discussion afterward.
