Friends Of The Watertown Public Library
Who We Are
We are a volunteer organization devoted to assisting the Watertown Public Library.
Young or old, everyone is invited to join to show their support for our library.
What We Do
The main function of the Friends group is to raise additional funds to purchase items not covered in the library budget.
Funds are procured mainly through the sale of used books and membership fees. We have raised thousands of dollars over the years for the library’s benefit.
Every year we run the annual book sale, provide refreshments for the library's open house, and host an Author Dinner in the Fall.
Join Us!
As a member, you will receive three newsletters every year providing information about library and Friends activities. You’ll be the first to know what’s happening at your library!
Memberships start as low as $8!
